Cancellation Policy

LaSerena Studios Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy 1. Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the reserved time. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposited money and/or time reserved is non-refundable. 2. If a customer would like to reschedule the recording session, we require at least 24 hours prior notice. If the customer fails to notify us of the rescheduling within this time frame, we may be unable to accommodate the request. 3. The customer must also provide 24 hours notice if they wish to extend their session time. If the customer notifies us within 24 hours of their requested extension, we may refuse the request. 4. If a customer cancels or reschedules a session more than once, we may require a non-refundable deposit to hold future reservations. 5. We may refuse a customer if incorrect or outdated payment information is provided. 6. If a customer does not appear for their session at the scheduled time, then the session time is forfeited and is non-refundable. 7. We are not responsible for any technical problems that may occur during the session and do not offer refunds or discounts in such cases. 8. We reserve the right to change our cancellation/rescheduling policy at any time. La Serena Studios
